Though she grew up in Angeles City, Marigold R. Tuazon is the talented daughter of Bamban singing talent Noeme Anunciacion-Velasquez and the late Architect Osmeno Rabaca Jr. Her grandparents, Isauro Anunciacion and Consuelo Simeon-Anunciacion, are Bamban natives. Gold, as she is known to family and friends, finished B.S. Chemistry at F.E.U. and worked as laboratory analyst. She is happily married to Raymond Tuazon, son of Doroteo Tuazon and Carmen Sibal-Tuazon. Their first born is due in June 2007, but "until then I have nothing to do but play with my camera", she adds.
Gold Tuazon was born under Sagittarius, a sign associated with travel (no wonder). Eventually, travel compliments pictures. She became interested since she was dismayed with the results of her underwater shots. She is a certified open water scuba diver and was amazed at the different world seen below the waters and wanted to capture everything I saw. She took a short basic photography course at the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation in Intramurous where she learned from the masters themselves. But learning the basics was not enough for Gold as she furthered her knowledge with advanced classes. Her entry was awarded the 2nd place during their graduation.
